Using 2, 4, 6, 8-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane and vinyl trimethoxylsilane as raw materials, a new ring structure precursor was synthesized by the addition reaction of silhydrogen and vinyl in one step. A new type of organic-inorganic hybrid coating with annular structure was prepared by hydrolyzation-condensation reaction between the precursor and ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) under acidic conditions. The structure of the synthetic precursors and hybrid coatings was characterized by FT-IR. Heat loss mass (TG) analysis showed that the hybrid coating had good thermal stability. The thermal stability of hybrid coatings is improved with the increase of TEOS dosage. Hybrid coatings adhesion to metal level 1, gloss > 130, pencil hardness 5H^6H, impact resistance > 50 cm. 250g/200r wear resistance test wear value is 0.003g, showing excellent wear resistance.
