At the beginning of the promotion, the experiment was designed to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of chlorophenylglyceryl ether. 7,12-dimethylbenzoanthracene (DMBA) (100 μ g) was added to the scapular region of 30 mice, and after 3 weeks, 25% croton oil was applied to the skin twice a week until 20 weeks. Three () mice in the second group received DMBA and croton oil at the same time and injected two bottles of 2.5mg chlorophenylglyceride. At the time of injection, chlorophenylglyceride inhibited the formation of tumor. In another study, 100 mg/kg of chlorophenylglyceride was injected intraperitoneally into mice that were injected with murine leukemia virus (RMLV of Rawshel mouse leukosis virus or FMLV of Freund mouse leukosis virus) in advance. A total of 7 days of experimental results showed that chlorophenylglyceride had a significant protective effect on mortality. 31 cancer patients took 4g of chlorphenidate orally every day for 1-6 weeks. Sixteen cancers were treated ineffectively (cervical cancer, uterine cancer, tonsil cancer, esophageal cancer and lung cancer), and four sarcomas. However, in 9 cases of skin squamous cell carcinoma, one case had complete remission, substantial progress was made, and 4 cases had slight remission.
