1. Intravenous administration: 600 ~ 1800mg (10 ~ 30mg/kg body weight) is commonly used to treat deep mycosis for one day, which is given in three times. For the treatment of blastomycosis, 200~1200mg can be used daily (2~16 weeks of treatment); For the treatment of candidiasis albicans, 600~1800mg can be used every day (for 1~20 weeks); For cryptococcosis, 1200 ~ 2400mg can be used daily (3 ~ 12 weeks of treatment); For the treatment of coccidiosis, 1800-3600 mg per day (3~20 weeks of treatment). At the beginning of treatment, a small dose (200mg) can be given first, and then the dosage can be increased according to the patient's tolerance. Be careful when using large doses. Dilute the drug amount with isotonic saline or 5% glucose injection once, and control the infusion time for 30-60 minutes.
2. Local medication: It is often used as a supplement to the general medication. The reference amount is as follows: bladder perfusion: 200mg once, 2-4 times a day, and the injection is diluted for use. Sinus perfusion: 200mg once, twice a day, direct injection (without dilution). Tracheal instillation: 100mg once, 4-8 times a day. The injection can be diluted with three times of isotonic saline and then instilled or inhaled by spray. Infected wound: 1~2 times a day, take the injection and dilute it properly before use. Intrathecal injection: 20mg (2ml injection, not diluted) once for 3 to 7 days. Vaginal insertion: use one suppository every night to insert it deep into the vagina, usually for 10 days.
