(1) The infrared absorption spectrum of the product should be consistent with the control spectrum (spectrum set 474 figure).
(2) Take the product, add methanol - 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (9:1) to prepare a solution containing 0.4 mg per 1 mL, and determine it by spectrophotometry (Appendix Ⅳ A). The maximum absorption is at the wavelengths of 264 nm, 272 nm and 280 nm.
(3) Take about 3mg of the product and add 1 drop of diphenylamine test solution, which should be dark blue.
(4) Take about 20mg of the product, and conduct organic destruction according to the oxygen flask combustion method (Appendix Ⅶ C). Use 5mL of 5% sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption solution. After combustion, shake it strongly. After absorption is complete, add 15mL of water. After adding dilute nitric acid to make it acidic, the solution shows the identification reaction of chloride。
